In the ancient hamlet of Tartago, nestled in the hills of Piacenza Michelle and James decided to say yes on a late summer evening. A long journey from America brought them to these hills; as long as the journey through time to maintain what was once a family tradition. Yes because in the very Old Tartago Church of St. John the Baptist, years earlier, James' grandparents had walked the same steps and decided to bond forever. It was truly a unique emotion. The ceremony was enriched by the contribution of each witness, who decided to give profound words, and then many photos to witness the immutability of time and the strength of traditions. After the couple's session in the beautiful village of Tartago, the p dinner was held at the charming farmhouse Il Torrione del Trebbia (link), which offers a panoramic view of the entire Trebbia Valley. With its lights, great food, and warm and convivial atmosphere, it gave the guests who came from so far away an unforgettable Italian evening of good food, unique scenery, and warmth.
